Rajesh Padmanabhan, Managing Director Palnar Germany UG has a Global exposure in diversified industries at various levels across geographies. He has been in Middle East in the Aviation industry and worked in different management positions. Before founding Palnar Germany UG he has been working in senior management positions with IT & ITES (Market Research) Industries in Germany.

Rajesh did his Bachelor's from University of Kerala & has done his IATA certifications from Geneva, Switzerland along with various other Industry related certifications in Merit.

Syed Ibrahim, Managing Director of Palnar Transmedia Private Limited, has been in the IT Industry for the last ten years and has worked in numerous international software projects. He did his Masters in German Language as well as Business Administration before entering this industry. During his engagements, Syed was responsible for the overall cross-functional development of the software projects.

He graduated with distinction from the University of Kerala. He has been awarded several scholarships to attend advanced courses in International Business Studies at different universities in Germany and Austria. Later he studied business management (MBA) to augment his knowledge in the field of his activities. He also received management training from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management.
